Auxiliary Drive Solution for Four-Wheel-Drive BEVs
Inovance Automotive Gen 4 and Gen 5 asynchronous auxiliary drives are engineered for four-wheel-drive BEVs, covering a power range of 100 kW to 220 kW. With oil-cooled motors, they provide superior continuous performance for high-speed cruising, towing, hill climbing, and off-road recovery. The ultra-low-drag design further enhances overall vehicle energy efficiency.
Main Drive Solution for Four-Wheel-Drive BEVs
Inovance Automotive Gen 5 X-in-1 eAxles is engineered for B+ class and above sedans and SUVs. It supports expandable integration of the motor, inverter, reducer, OBC, DC/DC, PDU, BOOST, and XCU. With working condition efficiency exceeding 93%, the system enables longer vehicle range. Its 6.6 kW/11 kW compatibility meets mainstream requirements in both domestic and international markets.
Passenger REEV Four-Wheel-Drive Solutions
Front Drive Solution for Four-Wheel-Drive REEVs
Inovance Automotive Gen 5 and Gen 6 range-extender eAxles are designed for four-wheel-drive REEVs. The Gen 5 platform is engineered for mid-to-high-end models. It integrates the low-drag P3 motor and high-efficiency P1 generator into a reliable and lightweight 800 V 5-in-1 eAxle, offering quiet operation, superior comfort, enhanced safety, and superior performance.
The Gen 6 platform serves cost-effective models with 400 V/800 V lightweight, compact, and low-drag 4-in-1 eAxles. It uses a single motor for both power generation and traction, improving component utilization while reducing system cost.
