1、 Usage rules
Suzhou United Power System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") promises to strictly abide by the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, and take necessary measures to ensure the security of users' personal data. The user's use of this website is deemed as agreeing to be bound by this policy. We have the right to process user personal data in accordance with this policy, including but not limited to collection, storage, use, sharing, transmission, and protection. The user acknowledges and agrees that we have the right to unilaterally revise this policy from time to time. The revised terms replace the original terms from the date of publication and automatically have legal effect between the user and us.
2、 Data collection
The user agrees that we may collect their personal data through direct interaction, automated technologies (cookies, web beacons, SDKs, API interfaces, etc.), third-party sharing, database retrieval, and other means, including but not limited to:
Identification information: name, nationality, ID number, mobile phone number, email address, biometric features, etc;

User generated content: reviews, comments, images, audio and video files, and communication records voluntarily submitted by users.

The user agrees that we may use their personal data within the agreed/authorized scope, including but not limited to:
Related party sharing: We may share user personal data with group companies (including parent companies, subsidiaries, branches, and related entities managed by the same actual controller);
Partner sharing: Based on providing a complete service ecosystem and optimizing user experience, we may share user personal data, such as order information, transaction vouchers, delivery information, address information, encrypted data, etc., with strategic partners such as payment service providers, logistics service providers, technology service providers, marketing companies, and partners;
Professional consultant sharing: Based on legitimate business needs such as legal compliance and dispute resolution, we may provide user personal data to professional consulting firms such as accounting firms and law firms.
Legal obligation sharing: On the premise of complying with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, we may fulfill information disclosure obligations as requested by judicial and administrative authorities.

5、 Data Protection
We always adhere to the concept of compliant operation and protect users' personal data in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. The specific implementation path includes but is not limited to:
International data exchange: On the premise of strictly following the national cross-border data flow management system, we may implement data cross-border flow based on technical services, business collaboration, and other purposes, using secure transmission solutions that comply with legal regulations;
User data management: We will take necessary measures to store user personal data in areas that comply with national cybersecurity standards. On the basis of meeting user service needs and legal obligations, we have the right to dynamically optimize and reasonably determine the data retention period, and have the right to delete relevant data on our own;
Defense system construction: We will continue to draw on mature personal data security solutions in the industry, establish a multi-level protection architecture covering physical security, network security, and application security, implement access control and encrypted storage of core business data, and ensure the effectiveness of protection through regular system inspections and contingency drills;
Risk management principle: In the event of an uncontrollable data security incident, we will immediately initiate emergency response procedures, report to relevant departments in accordance with the law, and take necessary remedial measures.
6、 Disclaimer
Except for the exemption situations stipulated in the User Agreement, we do not assume any legal responsibility for the risks of personal data leakage, damage, loss, etc. caused by the following scenarios:
Data risks caused by user's autonomous behavior: Users who disclose data to third parties on their own, fail to fulfill account security management obligations, including but not limited to password leakage, shared identity credentials, and terminal device infection with malicious programs;
Third party service related scenarios: Users jump/use third-party services or authorize data sharing through this platform;
Technical risk scenarios: user device security vulnerabilities, third-party cloud service anomalies, new network attacks, computer viruses, technical infrastructure failures, etc;
Force majeure events: due to war, turmoil, natural disasters, government regulatory actions, interruption of basic telecommunications services, power system collapse, etc;
Other scenarios not caused by us.
7、 Dispute Resolution
This policy and its revised versions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan), and do not apply conflict of laws norms. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy and its revised versions shall be resolved through friendly consultation among all parties. If the negotiation fails, all parties have the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in Longgang District, Shenzhen.
VIII. Supplementary Provisions
（1） The titles, numbers, and other markings set forth in this policy are for the convenience of writing only and do not serve as a basis for interpreting the terms, nor do they have any effect of division or presumption of independence. The effectiveness and interpretation of each clause should be based on the complete expression.
