Cost Optimization and Quality Co-Governance
In the face of fierce market competition, Inovance Automotive and your company will jointly pursue cost optimization through process optimization, efficiency improvement, procurement cost reduction, and other measures to achieve win-win results. Meanwhile, we deeply understand that quality is the foundation of enterprise survival, so we will adhere to the "quality first" principle and maintain strict requirements on product quality. We expect your company to strengthen quality management, improve control systems, and ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations. In addition, we are willing to jointly build a quality co-governance mechanism with your company to quickly respond to and effectively resolve quality issues, jointly protecting brand reputation and market trust. Supplier Cyber Security Management Policy
To protect the company's trade secrets and information assets, all visitors to Inovance Automotive premises must strictly observe a set of requirements, including but not limited to:
Physical Environment Security
(1) Enter the premises through compliant procedures such as the "visitor process" or resident permit.
(2) Non-business-related personnel are prohibited from entering the premises.
(3) Never enter any unapproved or unauthorized areas.
(4) Never borrow or duplicate others' access rights, including but not limited to access cards, badges, and credentials.
(5) Without permission, never move or damage physical security facilities, including but not limited to access gates, turnstiles, surveillance cameras, electronic fences, and infrared detectors.
Information Asset Security
(1) Without permission, never bring USB drives, hard disks, or other storage media into controlled areas (such as laboratories, workshops, executive meeting rooms, data centers, and server rooms; same below).
(2) Without permission, never insert external devices into Inovance Automotive computers, equipment, network, or servers, including but not limited to USB drives, hard disks, SD cards, mobile phones, and laptops.
(3) Without permission, never connect external computers to the Inovance Automotive intranet. If required, the device must undergo security processing by Inovance Automotive IT.
(4) Devices with camera or photography functions entering controlled areas must be sealed with protective film or have fragile stickers applied to cameras. Removal without permission is prohibited. If damaged, reprocessing is required at reception or the front desk.
(5) Without permission, never take photos, videos, or audio recordings.
(6) Without permission, never remove any form of Inovance Automotive information assets, including but not limited to paper documents, electronic files, prototypes, experimental and equipment.
Network Security
(1) Without permission, never run any form of intranet penetration, scanning, or testing tools.
(2) Without permission, never pull network cables or setting up switches, routers, bridges, or other network equipment.
(3) Never attack or damage Inovance Automotive network, internal systems, or servers in any form.
(4) Never run computer viruses, Trojans, or other malicious programs in any form.
Supplier Compliance Requirements
Integrity and Self-Discipline
All forms of commercial bribery are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to cash, gifts, securities, shopping cards, or disguised improper benefits such as travel or entertainment.
Fair Competition
No improper means may be used to obtain transaction opportunities or competitive advantage; quotes must be truthful and reasonable, and all forms of bid rigging or collusion are strictly prohibited.
Information Confidentiality
All trade secrets, intellectual property information, technical data, bidding information, and other sensitive content learned during cooperation must be kept strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party without permission.
Quality First
Products and services provided must strictly comply with contract terms, national and industry standards; establish complete quality traceability mechanisms and bear corresponding legal responsibility.
