System Engineer
1. Responsible for the work of the new energy motor controller system, including customer demand docking and deviation analysis, system scheme design, etc;
2. Responsible for project failure analysis and safety analysis (DFMEA, FTA), as well as the development of product specific characteristics;
3. Responsible for project technical management, including analysis, resolution, and implementation of solutions to technical issues and risks;
4. Responsible for the self testing of the entire system and resolving issues related to DV and PV system testing;
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Control Science and Control Engineering, Mechanical Electronics, Electronic Information Engineering, and Automation related majors;
2. Engaged in hardware or system work for new energy vehicles for more than 3 years;
3. Have a profound understanding of the application environment and working conditions of new energy motor controllers, be familiar with the basic principles of related fields, and understand and master the main functional solutions;
4. Proficient in using various development tools and having practical application experience in projects;
5. Familiar with ISO26262 and ASPICE processes, proficient in using English is preferred;
6. Strong learning and logical thinking abilities, proactive in work, able to accept work challenges, and possessing excellent communication and coordination skills.
