Power Hardware Engineer
1. Participate in the hardware development of international and domestic new energy vehicle electronic control projects; Interpret customer needs, design hardware requirements, architecture, and solutions based on customer needs;
2. Independently design module circuit schemes based on hardware requirements specifications, complete unit testing and integration testing, and be able to write test cases;
3. Conduct functional testing of the entire electronic control system, identify and resolve system level issues, and be able to write test cases for the entire system;
4. Maintain the hardware platform, make changes and archive hardware solutions.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as power electronics, automation, control engineering, electrical engineering, motor, automotive electronics, etc;
2. More than two years of experience in hardware circuit development, proficient in analysis methods such as WCCA and FMEA. Proficient in using mainstream circuit design and simulation software;
3. Proficient in IGBT and its driving technology, switching power supply technology, and understanding of common failure modes of electronic components;
4. Strong learning, hands-on, and communication skills, proactive in work, able to accept work challenges, with good coordination and overall planning abilities, adaptable to cross departmental cooperation;
5. Experience in developing new energy motor controllers and English communication skills are preferred.
