On December 26, 2025, Inovance Automotive celebrated the 1,000,000th eAxle of the year rolling off the line at its Changzhou plant in China. Long-Term Commitment Driving Technological Excellence
Behind this milestone lies Inovance Automotive's steadfast adherence to long-term development. Guided by the philosophy of driving industry progress through innovation and responding to customer needs with superior quality, the company has completed five product iterations. It has built a full-stack, in-house R&D system that spans from 3-in-1 to X-in-1 eAxle solutions. This R&D system covers electric drive systems, combined charging systems (CCS), and chassis systems, enabling cross-domain, synergistic system solutions.
The 1,000,000th eAxle is the first model of the company's fifth-generation highly-integrated X-in-1 eAxle system, developed in response to the industry's urgent demand for higher efficiency, smaller size, and lighter weight. By achieving high integration of the ePowertrain system and CCS through optimized control strategies, improved component redundancy, and integrated PTC control, this eAxle system reduces volume by 20% and weight by 15% compared with conventional solutions. It also offers strong compatibility, making it suitable for A0- to A-class new energy vehicles.
Beyond this, Inovance Automotive continues to push electric drive systems toward higher integration and superior performance benchmarks. Through a platform-based R&D system and enhanced innovation capabilities, the company can rapidly respond to customers' diverse function requirements and agile development needs.
(High Integration) The system supports full electronic integration of OBC, DC/DC converter, PTC, and ECP, significantly reducing vehicle EMC challenges and improving driving safety. It also features a one-chip solution for inverter and CCS, leveraging in-house full-stack capabilities to form the core power foundation for future mobility.
(High Efficiency) Inovance Automotive pursues full-chain technological innovation from macro architecture to micro-level details. By applying innovations in architecture, modules, and processes — combined with advanced technologies such as variable carrier frequency & MTPL, three-level topology, coaxial planetary gear sets, low-viscosity lubricants, ultra-thin silicon steel sheets, and ultra-short PIN stators — the company has elevated overall drive efficiency. The next-generation system is expected to exceed 93.5% cycle efficiency, helping extend vehicle range and reduce energy consumption. In addition, through structural optimization, high-contact-ratio fine-tooth gear design, and high-bandwidth harmonic injection, the system achieves industry-leading NVH performance with order noise below 65 dB@1 m, creating a quieter cabin environment and continuously enhancing driving comfort.
